Our goal is to make the Support Forum an online community where you can easily find answers to questions you may have.  The forum does require registration, so be sure you document your username and password for future reference.

      Emergency Service
 

At CTC, we are always on call. 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Should you encounter a problem after hours, and need to contact us, our voice mail messenger will walk you through the necessary steps to contact us. Or, if you have access to a website, you can place your Emergency Service call right here on our website. Your call will be answered within 30 minutes.
