Do you have a PC that has stopped working?  Or maybe it is acting "weird"?  Some people even claim that their PC is possessed!!  You could replace every piece of hardware in the PC until you finally fix the problem.  Maybe you can reload the PC from scratch and lose all of your programs and data in the process. 

We hear so many times about "a friend who knows a lot about computers".  It has been our experience that this friend always gives bad advice.  At CTC, we will be your friend and guide you in the right direction.  If you have faulty hardware, then we will tell you what needs to be replaced and the approximate cost to replace it.  Sometimes, it isn't worth it to replace a defective piece of hardware and it is more cost effective to buy a new PC.

More times than not, it isn't a hardware problem at all, it's just a simple configuration error.  A check box that was missed or an incorrect driver.  Be sure you have exhausted the resources we provide here on our site before you decide that you need a service call.
