A lot of companies offer "Maintenance Plans", but what sets CTC apart from the competition is what is included in our Maintenance Plan!  We do more than just clean your printer, and make sure your CD-ROM drive is working.  Our basic maintenance plan includes:
 

Tape Back Up:  Is it working properly?  Are you getting all of your information backed up?  If you were to "go down" tonight, would you have the most current data on your system readily available to be restored?  With our maintenance plan, we'll make sure that you do!
 

Virus Updates:  Do you have antivirus software protecting your important data?   Do you have the latest update?  With our maintenance plan, we'll make sure that you do!
 

Server Maintenance:  Does your server run slower than it used to?  Are temp files bogging down your efficiency?  With our maintenance plan, we'll make sure you are running at optimum efficiency. 
 

PC Maintenance:  Does your PC need a good scan and defrag sometimes?  You just don't have the time during your busy schedule to run those?  They take forever, don't they?  With the maintenance plan, we can take care of it while you're at lunch, or in a meeting.
