If only all computer problems happened between "Normal Business Hours"...

The reality is that while most computer problems arise while we are at work during "Normal Business Hours", a lot of problems happen during the night, on weekends, or holidays. If your business solely operates during normal business hours, you can always find "someone" to fix the problem. But if you run your business from your home, or your personal computer is having problems and you can't leave work early, or someone is always working at the office, and you have problems...good luck trying to find someone to help you out without charging you an arm and a leg!

EMERGENCY SERVICE is available! Emergency service rates are billed at time and a half. There is no charge for placing the call, however, all phone calls will be scheduled. If your problem is such that we can "walk you through the problem" you will be billed a one hour minimum regardless of time spent.
